Tea drinkers is now all over the world, especially green tea has been praised for its medicinal, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Recent studies have showed endless benefits of drinking green tea, it’s more than a beverage, it’s good for health, these include:

Green tea contains tea polyphenols that prevents the harmful damage of free radicals cause to the skin, and increase enzyme activity in the body. Many skin care products contain green tea extract to prevent premature aging.
