Things that can’t be eaten with Green tea

To most of us, green tea is like an elixir that promises a healthy lifestyle.
We know it is a great antioxidant, helps burn fat, prevents bad breath, protects against heart disease, and even has anti-ageing properties.
However, there are things that we need to be avoid when we are drinking green tea.
1. Meat, chicken liver: Green tea can not be eaten with meat and chicken liver. Drinking green tea with meat can easily lead to constipation. It is best to drink green tea 30 minutes after eating meat. Drinking green tea and eating chicken liver together can easily reduce the body's absorption of iron.
2. Seaweed , crab: people who usually like to eat seafood should pay attention, green tea and seaweed or crab to eat together, easy to cause indigestion.
3. Medicine, wine: It is said that green tea or any other teas can not be drunk with medicine, otherwise it will reduce the effect of medicine, interfere or react with certain medicines. Green tea and wine together will hurt the spleen and stomach to stimulate the heart and kidneys.
4. Ginseng, cold drink: Green tea and ginseng together, it will only be counterproductive. Ginseng has a nourishing effect on the human body, and drinking green tea together is simply in vain. Green tea can not be drunk with cold drinks, it will hurt the stomach.
Don’t drink the first infusion: Many teas are not suitable for drinking the first infusion, and green tea is no exception. There may be pesticides, chemicals and other substances left in the processing of tea. Therefore, it is not recommended to drink tea in the first infusion of green tea, which may be harmful to the body.
